This course combines SITXFSA005: Use hygienic practices for food safety, and SITXFSA006: Participate in safe food handling practices.
Due to new laws, food outlets and other organisations must ensure that they have a nominated staff person(s) as the Food Safety Supervisor. The NSW Food Authority - Food Safety Supervisor Certificate will expire after 5 years.
Provide a form of ID on the day of training.
