Camembert and Haloumi Cheese course


Saturday 15th June at 10 Mann Street Armidale at  9.30am $170


Have a busy fun filled  day with lots to taste, lunch and morning tea provided and make heaps of cheese.  Also Labnah, cream cheese, ricotta and

mascarpone.

We supply all the equipment and ingredients to teach you how to make different types of cheeses including camembert, fetta, quark, mascarpone, labnah and yoghurt. Perfect accompaniment for that glass of wine! Course notes, morning tea, lunch and a take home goodie bag will be provided. When booking in you might like to check with us what will be made on the day. e.g. Farmhouse cheddar, creamy blue.
