Food Safety Supervisor (Level 2) Full or Recertification
SITXFSA006 Participate in safe food handling practices. Includes NSW Food authority Certificate. Pre-requisite for this course is Safe Food Handling (Level 1) unless doing a recertification. Certificate expires after 5 years. This qualification applies to all organisations with food service, catering and related retail businesses.
Please Note:
- Recertification requires copy of current certificate when booking into the course.
- You will require to provide a copy of a current Safe Food Handling Level 1 accreditation as SITXFSA005 is a pre-requisite to NSW Food Authority Food Safety Supervisor certification.
- This course is a higher-level assessment of basic safe food handling and is based around employer-specific company policies and procedures. You would require a working knowledge of these concepts.
- If you don't require a NSW Food Authority Food Safety Supervisor certificate, consider if Safe Food Handling Level 1 meets your requirements.
- You will need to provide a form of Photo ID on the day of training.
