Enrolment conditions and student responsibility

While all care is taken and all information is correct at the time of publishing, we recommend that readers confirm dates, times and prices of courses as these details may be subject to unforeseen change.

Please note there is a deadline for enrolments in our courses and some have minimum numbers to be able to proceed.


To enrol in a course, please browse our courses and select your course and follow the steps.


Payments can be made by:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card over the phone on 6779 2132
  • Posting a cheque or money order to PO Box 170, Guyra, 2365. Please make cheques payable to New England Community College Inc.
  • In person

Both a completed enrolment form and payment must be received at our office before your enrolment is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Students should assume classes will run as listed unless notified or if other arrangements are made with the tutor after commencement. If we cancel, we will phone you and give you a full refund. If you cancel, and you give us five days notice you get all your money back. If you give less than five days notice a $20 administration charge will be incurred. No refunds will be given once the course has commenced. Attendance is the student’s responsibility.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognition of Current Competency (RCC) means gaining credit for skills and knowledge you already have through formal or informal learning. This learning may have taken place in the workplace, or from studying, or from life experiences.

Recognition is available for all Full Qualification courses offered by NECC. Information about this process is available from the Program Coordinator. A fee will be charged for processing an RPL request. Contact the office for more information on Recognition.
