Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Provide responsible service of alcohol. The NSW liquor laws mandate Responsible Service of Alcohol training for all people working in the liquor industry.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment and an Interim Certificate from the Office of Liquor and Gaming that must be taken to Services NSW within 3 months to obtain their competency card.
Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
The Gaming Machines Act (2001) requires all staff working in venues with gaming machines to undergo the NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling course. RCG training undertaken interstate is not recognised in NSW.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment and an Interim Certificate from the Office of Liquor and Gambling that must be taken to Services NSW within 3 months to obtain their competency care.
Provide a form of ID on the day of training.
Joblink Plus Limited Trading as Australian Training Plus (ATPlus) RTO#91434 will be delivering, assessing and issuing statements of attainment for both the RSA & RCG.
Refresher training must be undertaken every 5 years.
