Held at Walcha Central School

We supply all the equipment and ingredients to teach you how to make different types of cheeses including camembert, fetta, quark, mascarpone, labnah and yoghurt. Perfect accompaniment for that glass of wine! Course notes, morning tea, lunch and a take home goodie bag will be provided. When booking in you might like to check with us what will be made on the day. e.g. Farmhouse cheddar, creamy blue.
